Download and run the secure support tool below. It opens a small window showing a session ID and a one-time password — read those to your Leadway technician and we’ll connect. Nothing stays running in the background; close the window any time to end the session.

Get the support tool
Choose your operating system. It’s the official, code-signed RustDesk client, pre-configured to connect securely to Leadway.
Step 2 · Connect
What happens next

Open the downloaded file. Windows: if your PC asks, choose Yes or Run. Mac: right-click the file → Open → Open.

A small window appears showing Your ID (9 digits) and a one-time password.

Read the ID and password to your Leadway technician — over the phone or on your support ticket.

Approve the connection if prompted. Close the window any time to end the session.
